Luis Díaz was instrumental in Liverpool's comeback win against Southampton at Anfield. The Colombian provided an assist in the second half and equalled the record of Juan Pablo Ángel and Faustino Asprilla.

The Colombian winger started against the Premier League's bottom side and pulled one back to equalise at home.

Five minutes into the second half, Díaz beat Walker-Peters in the race, sent in the cross and Darwin Núñez tied the game .

With this assist, Díaz tied the record of two compatriots: Ángel and Asprilla.

Lucho reached the figure of 14 assists in the English Premier League and thus equaled the other Colombians who left their mark in England.

In addition, Díaz is still in the race to tie Ángel as the Colombian with the most goals in the Premier League .
