Young Forward to Continue Development in the Championship

Liverpool forward Jayden Danns will complete his injury rehabilitation at the AXA Training Centre before joining Championship side Sunderland on loan for the rest of the 2024-25 campaign.

A Rapid Rise Through the Ranks

Danns has progressed through the Reds' Academy and has made nine senior appearances since his debut under Jürgen Klopp last February, scoring three goals.

He made a sensational start to his Liverpool career, netting twice against Southampton at Anfield in the Emirates FA Cup. More recently, he found the net again in the same competition when Arne Slot's team faced Accrington Stanley last month.

European Experience and First Start

The 19-year-old recently earned his first start and made his UEFA Champions League debut in the away fixture against PSV Eindhoven last week, showcasing his talent on the biggest stage.

A New Challenge at Sunderland

Danns now embarks on a new challenge under Sunderland manager Régis Le Bris. The Black Cats are currently fourth in the Championship and will be hoping that the young forward can make an impact in their push for promotion.
