The bad news for Jordan Henderson continues, after TyC Sports confirmed that Alexis Mac Allister will sign for the Red's, the England midfielder's place is an unknown quantity for Klopp as he knows that not only will the World Cup winner arrive, but at least two other midfielders will be at Anfield in the summer.

In addition, Henderson's relationship with the rest of his team-mates is not going well, with Fabinho sending a harsh message to his captain. "I think, like the team, I had some ups and downs during the season. This is normal, I always try to play my best football but it's not always possible. It's good to have form back, but a bit late!" he told Football Daily.

Speaking at the NHS Charities Together event in Crewe a few days ago, Jordan accepted of the changes coming to The Pool. "It's always a challenge to be in Liverpool. And yes, there will always be challenges in places and to play," furthermore the player nearing his 33rd birthday in June, pointed out there is still nothing official (signings).

Henderson's back against the wall, this is the message the Englishman is sending out

"Since I arrived at the club, I have always been in pre-season, ready for the challenges ahead. The motivation is always renewed every season. I always try to improve in everything and in every different or new thing (age)," he told PA Agency. The Reds face Southampton this weekend in the season finale.
