Despite Ten Hag's planned changes, Manchester won't beat Liverpool

In the last two games between Liverpool and Manchester United, Erik Ten Hag's side have conceded nine goals to the 0 they have scored, so the Red Devils should have revenge on their minds, although it is tricky in the face of so many changes planned by the United manager.

According to reports in Manchester, Erik ten Hag could make three changes from the side that started last time out against Brentford in the 4-0 defeat. Obviously, despite not having a good season in goal, Spanish goalkeeper David De Gea could keep his place in the starting eleven.

In defence, captain Maguire is said to be replaced by four-time Champions League winner Rapahael Varane, partnered by Lisandro Martinez in central defence. Dalot could return at right-back, but left-back Luke Shaw could be replaced by new signing Tyrell Malacia.

In midfield, Donny van de Beek could replace Brazilian international Fred to partner Christian Eriksen in midfield. Hag has no depth in the attacking third and we may see Sancho, Fernandes and Ronaldo keep their starting positions, however, Anthony Elanga should replace Rashford, who has been average for a long time.
