Liverpool continues to look for reinforcements and, according to what we all know, the priority is to hire young, talented midfielders with future projection that can contribute to the club's long-term project.
In that sense, Jürgen Klopp and his coaching staff together with the team's board prioritized the arrival of Alexis Mac Allister, as the World Cup winner with Argentina in Qatar 2022 is considered one of the key pieces in the restructuring of the team, after a season in which they failed to qualify for the next edition of the Champions League.
However, everything seems to indicate that Mac Allister's arrival is only the first addition to the squad this summer, as immediately after the 24-year-old Argentine signed his contract, Klopp started working on the team's next reinforcement.
The list of candidates that could arrive at Anfield this summer is long, as the German tactician wants to have options in case one of his targets cannot leave his club or prefers the offer of another team. Among those names is Ryan Gravenberch, a 21-year-old Dutch midfielder who currently plays for FC Bayern in the Bundesliga and has been wanted by Liverpool in the past.
Ryan Gravenberch has spoken out about his future and said he is upset about the few minutes he has received at Bayern since he arrived, as he believes he has worked hard enough to deserve a chance. With an approximate cost of 30 million euros, according to the Transfermarkt portal, coupled with the discontent that lives in Germany, Liverpool could take the opportunity to make an offer to bring him to Anfield this summer.
