Liverpool hope to make several moves before the end of the transfer window

Liverpool's summer has been a rollercoaster ride. We got off to a fantastic start by securing one of the world's most promising midfielders in Alexis Mac Allister at a bargain price, then a couple of weeks later we secured the arrival of one of the great gems of world football when we paid €70 million for Dominik Szoboszlai. Since then, however, the Reds' board has struggled to bring the team's third reinforcement to Anfield and has suffered a couple of major blows.

But now, it looks like we could be on top again in terms of signings. Hours ago Fabrizio Romano confirmed and took for granted that the Reds already have their third reinforcement of the summer, as they have paid €18 million to VfB Stuttgart to sign Wataru Endo, a defensive midfielder of good conditions who arrives to reinforce an area that since the departure of Fabinho and Jordan Henderson was left empty.

The amount paid for the 30-year-old Japanese is very favorable for our Liverpool, as it allows Jürgen Klopp and the board to continue signing other players before the summer transfer window closes, in which they are shaping up to be one of the most active teams in these last two weeks. In that sense, and still counting on a good amount of money, the Anfield board would be looking for one of the great revelations of the Qatar 2022 World Cup and who has been on the radar of Manchester United for weeks.

We are talking about 26-year-old Moroccan midfielder Sofyan Ambrabat, who currently belongs to Fiorentina but since the end of the Qatar 2022 World Cup has sought to leave Serie A. In that sense, Liverpool and Manchester United have been two of the teams most interested in signing him, and a few days ago it was believed that the Red Devils had the lead in the race to sign him, but now it seems that things have changed.

Amrabat to Liverpool?

According to Sky Sports, Liverpool have already held talks with Fiorentina about a possible transfer for Sofyan Amrabat, who was one of Morocco's star players at the Qatar 2022 World Cup. Amrabat, who is under contract until 2024, could be a good addition for Jürgen Klopp's team, as his transfer is not expected to exceed 40 million euros.
