The changes at the Red's are beginning to leave a number of departures on the road to the 23/24 season, now with the latest reports from Germany where Klopp has set his eye on Benjamin Pavard, currently playing for Bayern Munich, things are starting to get difficult for Joe Gomez, as he will now have to find a new club.

According to information from Fichajes Net, Pavard wants to leave the German club because of his desire to play as a central defender and that with the arrival of Tuchel, the Frenchman has lost prominence at the club. Pavard is 27 years old and his contract runs until the summer of next year and so far, there is no intention of renewing it.

Joe Gomez is imminently set to leave the Reds, either on loan or for sale. The former Charlton Athletic player (2014-2015) is now on Jürgen Klopp's list of potential departures. With 15 starts on the season and an average according to FotMob of 6.99, the 26-year-old Englishman could be one of the star reinforcements for the newly promoted Premier League side.

The fortune Liverpool will save on Joe Gomez's departure

According to Salary Sports, Gomez earns £95,000 per week, £4,940,000 per year, and has a contract until June 2027. Klopp knows that Joe's salary could be an added incentive for Pavard to get a juicy offer, as Bayern have already set a starting price of £30m for the France international.
