In recent times Liverpool has been a winning team that has managed to conquer every trophy in England and Europe. During that time, great players have passed through the team and some of them have already earned the nickname of legends, as they became fundamental pieces for the team's success.
One of them was undoubtedly Roberto Firmino. The Brazilian revolutionized the number 9 position and together with Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mané formed one of the most dangerous and feared tridents in European football, in which he became the Reds' goal scorer.
However, time takes its toll and Jürgen Klopp decided that Bobby Firmino's successful tenure with the club has come to an end. That is why the Anfield board decided not to renew his contract and let him leave as a free agent, which means that Firmino can sign with any other team without Liverpool receiving anything in return.
Since his departure from Anfield, Firmino has been on the radar of several clubs and it has even been reported that the powerful Arab league wants to convince him, on a multi-million euro basis, to join Saudi Arabian football.
Roberto Firmino had already emerged as one of the candidates to take Karim Benzema's place at Real Madrid. Now, the latest information is that the Brazilian is a real option for the Spanish side if they finally fail to sign Kylian Mbappé or Kai Havertz this transfer market.
