Luis Diaz joined the Reds at the end of January and settled into life at Anfield immediately following his switch from Porto. However, Merson believes the Colombian will have it more difficult in the forthcoming campaign. The Sky Sports pundit made the comments about Diaz when discussing Liverpool's chances of winning the Champions League. The Reds lost last season's final 1-0 to Real Madrid in Paris.
