David Ornstein spoke to The DAZN Soccer Show about the future of England international Jude Bellingham who currently plays for Borussia Dortmund. Liverpool would be a better place for him, although Real Madrid are also looking for him. "Liverpool have been linked with him for a long time, before and after he signed for Borussia Dortmund, especially in recent times," Ornstein said.

"Jurgen Klopp has been asked publicly about this, I think Dortmund have hinted, either officially or unofficially, that he's not going anywhere, but always one of Dortmund's strengths when it comes to signing players, we've seen it with Jadon Sancho, Ousmane Dembele, and many others, is that they provide them with a platform to play great football, play trophies, play in front of the Yellow Wall, but if the price is right, they're never going to stop them moving on."

There will inevitably come a time when Jude Bellingham chooses which club he should go to, that part is guaranteed, a move to the Premier League, a move to the continent, Real Madrid have been strongly linked with him.

"I think Liverpool would be one of the teams in the frame absolutely. You see the look on Jurgen Klopp's face when he's asked about him, he's a top player. These are the important days, weeks and months to try and put the plan in place to do a deal in the summer of 2023 and beyond," Ornstein added.

He has also not ruled out interest from other clubs such as Chelsea, but believes that if any club wanted to tempt Bellingham away from Signal Iduna Park, work must start now in what could be a fierce battle for the player's services. It seems everyone would like to sign Bellingham, but in the end it will come down to who gives the best offer or who does the best groundwork now.

Bellingham joined Dortmund from EFL Championship side Birmingham City in July 2020 and has since made 93 appearances for the German side, scoring 11 goals.
