Liverpool is anxious to sign new midfielders for the next transfer market, as the Anfield board considers that this is the weakest position of the team after a season in which they failed to achieve the goal of qualifying for the next Champions League, so Jürgen Klopp already has his favorite and will go all out to get it.

With a budget worthy of a big team, Liverpool has in its sights several players who could arrive and contribute immediately to the team, as in the case of the world champion with Argentina, Alexis Mac Allister, who would be a few details away from arriving at Anfield.

However, there are other players who have become a priority for Jürgen Klopp and his coaching staff, as they seek to rejuvenate the team's midfield with young players with good future projection, but to get them they will have to compete with other major clubs that have the same players on their radar.

Such is the case of Nice's French midfielder, Képhren Thuram, valued at 32 million euros, who has become Klopp's greatest desire according to the Goal portal, as the German coach and the Reds' board would be willing to put a "hard to resist" offer on the French club's table to snatch one of the biggest prospects in world football.

Fabinho in trouble

With the possible arrival of the son of World Cup winner Lilian Thuram, Képhren, Klopp would have to modify his pieces if he wants to continue playing under the same tactical scheme and keep Fabinho in the starting lineup, as the 29-year-old Brazilian plays as a defensive midfielder like the still Nice player. However, Képhren Thuram has the advantage of youth and energy, so he could get a starting place in an eventual arrival at Anfield.
