Liverpool, Manchester United and PSG are tracking an Inter Milan midfielder as the summer transfer window draws to a close, according to a report.
Liverpool are going through an injury crisis and the midfield is the most affected area. With Alex-Oxlade Chamberlain (hamstring), Curtis Jones (calf) and Thiago Alcantara (hamstring) ruled out, there is speculation that Anfield will make a final move before the transfer window closes.
According to the website Fichajes, Liverpool have not ruled out a bid for Inter's Croatian midfielder Marcelo Brozovic, who they have reportedly been tracking for some time. The 29-year-old has just signed a new contract with the Serie A club.
The Spanish publication claims that this will not deter Liverpool from making a move and offering Brozovic a two-year contract with an optional extra year. Moreover, the Reds are not the only ones interested, with Manchester United and PSG both keeping an eye on the player and Inter still not ruling out doing business with him.
Brozovic's age and price tag, after he recently committed to Inter, mean he is not an option for Liverpool.
