The Red's are on a big plan for this summer. Following Fabrizio Romano's confirmation of Alexis Mac Allister's arrival, Klopp's side will begin pre-season planning with a special visit to Singapore, where they will take on the Foxes of Leicester City and Germany's Bayern Munich.

Recently something began to worry Jürgen Klopp, as it was revealed that the Red's were involved in a mega-scandal, which could culminate in a huge stain on their great history that will be difficult to remove. MSN com shared that the first match-fixing scandal in history was between Liverpool and Manchester United.

A rivalry that began in the 19th century, and from the very first game marked what would become one of the great rivalries not just on the Big Island but in the world, had a brutal scandal in 1915. It was Good Friday 2 April when, at Old Trafford, United began brazenly taking bets on a specific score of 8-1.

The historic moment

Suddenly, United were favourites despite being second bottom of the table with 26 points, while Liverpool were mid-table with 29. In the end the home side won 2-0, but there were some suspicious events as captain Patrick O'Connell, who had the chance to equalise with a penalty, instead shot wide of the crossbar, which remained an anecdote.
