Liverpool's absentees ahead of Manchester United game

Jurgen Klopp's side face Manchester United at Old Trafford this coming Monday and still have a number of absentees for the game. According to the latest update on 19 August, Joel Matiop, Roberto Firmino and Thiago Alcantara remain injured.

In addition, Ibrahima Konate, Curtis Jones, Diogo Jota, Caoimhin Kelleher, Calvin Ramsay and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain are also out and Darwin Nunez is suspended for three games after the incident with Joachim Andersen in the game against Crystal Palace where the Uruguayan was sent off for headbutting his opponent.

Injuries

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain suffered a muscle injury during the friendly with Crystal Palace in Singapore, Ramsay missed the pre-season tour of Asia with a minor fitness problem and Caoimhin Kelleher will be out for another two to three weeks.
