At least 10 Liverpool players will be unavailable for Saturday's home game against Buournemouth - hopefully no more, following an injury crisis - in Round 4 of the Premier League, after opening with two draws and a defeat against Fulham, Crystal Palace and Manchester United respectively.

Not forgetting that Darwin Nunez is still unavailable because he will serve his second three-game ban, meaning he will also miss the game at Anfield against Newcastle, but will be back to face Everton at Goodison Park in the same city.

More Liverpool news:

For this coming Saturday's game, Liverpool will be without Naby Keita, Joel Matip, Thiago Alcantara, Ibrahima Konate, Curtis Jones, Diogo Jota, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Caoimhin Kelleher and Calvin Ramsay, plus the aforementioned suspension of recently signed star striker Darwin Nunez.

Other injuries

In the case of Keita, who missed Liverpool's Premier League defeat to Manchester United, Jurgen Klopp said more evaluation was needed to find out what the problem is, although some rumours suggest his departure from the club is imminent and he could even be a part of a swap deal for another midfielder before the transfer window closes at the end of this month.

Matip is said to be out for a couple more weeks at least, as is Kelleher, while in Thiago Alcantara's case it could be a little longer, as could Konate. Jones and Jota are getting closer to returning, but those without a definite date are Oxlade-Chamberlain, Calvin Ramsay and Caoimhin, as their injuries are more serious than those of the others mentioned.
