The youngster in question is Jayden Danns, who at just 17 years of age is proving to be one of the stars of the U18s, making a triumphant return from injury to score on a couple of occasions against Newcastle, who ended up being beaten by a fine 5-1 scoreline.

Despite the physical discomfort, Danns maintained his record of having scored in every competitive match in the Reds' youth team this season, maintaining that high scoring percentage with this brace against the Magpies, causing his name to be mentioned as one of the next youngsters to see his first moments under Jurgen Klopp, with a big game next weekend when they host Manchester City.

Danns looking to be Nunez's next competition

With a total of 9 goals and 2 assists in the U18 Premier League, the young Jayden aims to grab the attention of a Jürgen Klopp who trusts the panther Nunez to be in charge of the offense, but even being Darwin a very effective player this season, Klopp would not see bad to give the Uruguayan a competition that forces him to improve more than he already did, being that a reciprocal help between the Englishman and the charrúa to be both better in front of goal.
