With just 90 minutes to play before Liverpool can successfully conclude their participation in the 2022-2023 Premier League season, certain situations have been revealed that make clear the feelings of a fan base that is currently experiencing difficult times as they can do nothing more than support a club that lost its ticket to the Champions League as well as the loss of two of its biggest stars of the last few years.

While the ticket to the Europa League has left a certain sense of frustration, Roberto Firmino's farewell at Anfield was a mixture of pride and sadness, and it is no wonder that the fans chanted with tears and smiles the name of one of their attacking players who always rose to the occasion until the last of his games, when he was still able to help in goal to equalise against Aston Villa.

This accumulation of a thousand emotions on the part of an entire fan base has made Firmino's teammates assure that this player is one of the most loved by the people, without leaving aside his teammates who have shown him their love at all times due to the great professionalism he has shown throughout his time on Merseyside. "Bobby, everybody loves Bobby. You can see the reaction of the fans at the last home game. He scored and it was a really special moment. We players love him, he's a really nice guy."

Firmino could be the Reds' best player

According to Fabinho Tavares, he has said that his teammate and compatriot could easily have been Liverpool's best player, but he never had any interest in that goal, even though Bobby was always trying to support the team in any way he could. "He just wants to help the team, that's always his mentality. I think that's why we love him, he could easily be the best player in your team, but he doesn't care.
