Liverpool has tried to keep up with Manchester City transfers but in their way. The Reds usually try to scout "unknown" players to bring them to the spotlight at Anfield. But this time Klopp put his on a really popular player that just debuted under Arteta's Arsenal.

Last weekend Ethan Nwaneri enter in the final minutes of the Arsenal vs Brentford and broke the Premier League record as the youngest player to ever play in the first tier of English football. The last holder was then Fulham and now Liverpool midfielder Harvey Elliot.

Arteta told the press it was a gut feeling that told him to put Nwaneri on the pitch. But, according to the press, Arsenal is completely aware of Liverpool's and Manchester United's interest in the player, so they decided to give him his professional debut ahead of time.

When could he arrive at Anfield?

The now Arsenal academy player is still far away from signing his first professional contract, of course, he is still a kid! According to Premier League guidelines, the minimum age to sign a pro contract is 17. So we will have to wait at least two more years to bid for Nwaneri. Anyways, there is still plenty of time for this midfielder to develop and prepare for the Premier League.
