Thuram's agent sends a wink to Liverpool, excites Klopp

Since the end of the 2022-2023 season Liverpool has had only one goal in mind and that is to reinforce the team's midfield with young players who can contribute in the medium and long term to the club's project. Among the strongest candidates to arrive at Anfield is the son of French legend Lilian Thuram, Képhren Thuram, who currently plays for Nice in Ligue 1.

While it is true that the top priority of the Reds board was to bring Alexis Mac Allister, once they got him, they began to focus on the arrival of other players and everything seems to indicate that Képhren Thuram himself is next on the list, so Liverpool would have already launched a strategy to bring him to Anfield.

In the past there has been talk of the great ability that Jürgen Klopp has to convince players to join his project, as the German tactician is known for his great group management. Such is the case with Képhren Thuram and his entourage, as several reports claim that Képhren's father, the 1998 World Cup winner with France, Lilian Thuram, would have advised his son to choose Liverpool over any other team interested in him.

Several media have even dared to claim that there is already a personal agreement between the Reds' board and Képhren Thuram, and that the only thing missing is for the two clubs' boards to reach an agreement on the player's transfer price, although everything seems to indicate that it would be a matter of days for the young midfielder to become Liverpool's second reinforcement.

In her latest Instagram story, Képhren Thuram's representative, Rafaela Pimenta, posted a photo in the Nice offices, which many have interpreted as a clue as to Thuram's fate.
