Daniel Sturridge had a great career in the world of football, having played for great teams such as Manchester City and Liverpool, winning the UEFA Champions League in 2019. However, from one moment to the next, he disappeared from the football map.

In 2013 the mighty Liverpool announced the signing of Sturridge and he would defend these colours for seven seasons, with an interim season on loan at West Bromwich FC; for most of his career Daniel Sturridge suffered severely from injuries and this prevented him from going even further, so with the "Reds" he was never able to establish himself as a starter, although he can boast a Champions League, which Liverpool won in 2019 after defeating Tottenham.

This Friday Daniel Sturridge turns 34 years old and on social media many Liverpool fans have remembered him for his good performances, especially when Brendan Rodgers was the manager and he was paired with Uruguayan Luis Suárez. But now the former player has a job off the pitch.

Since this season, Sturridge has joined the Sky Sports commentary bar and has had several eye-catching appearances that have gone viral. According to an investigation, at Liverpool he was earning close to ten million, but now he only earns 1 million for being on television.
