With the 22/23 season at The Big Island coming to an end, the Red's have broken ranks to give the first and second team a rest. With tickets in hand, the players departed for paradisiacal beaches around the world, or, alternatively, to their places of origin, although some, like Naby Keïta, have already packed their bags, never to return.

The African, who was once among the top 10 players on the black continent, is now leaving through the back door after finishing his contract after five years. According to The Sun, Keïta was walking around Anfield with outfits costing upwards of £2,500 plus some Luis Vuitton bags, which cost up to £3,000, a total of more than £5,000 euros for the Guinean.

Naby Keïta's last year will be remembered by fans as a fiasco, between injuries such as hamstring, knee, calf, etc, the African spent more time in rehabilitation than on the pitch. For the former Leipzig player, football took a back seat when he found refuge from his problems in fashion.

A crack for fashion and a fiasco for football

Wearing Gucci, Givenchy, Armani, Philipp Plein, Dolce & Gabbana, Keïta was always dressed ostentatiously, even when he went out for a coffee. The Sun captured the midfielder on several occasions in luxurious outfits as he strolled around the finest places on Merseyside. For Keïta his future does not seem to matter, now without a team, the African's agent has sought to place him in a Premier League club, but without success.
