Josep Guardiola, Manchester City manager, stated that his desire is to stay with the English team, despite the economic environment that could affect the institution. In a press conference, the Spanish coach commented that he has a contract until 2025 and his desire is to stay with the English institution and close this season with the Champions League title.

I will stay. Next season I will be here even if there are 115 accusations about us. I would like to stay here next year,'' Guardiola said. Guardiola called on the Premier League authorities to resolve the situation in the off-field environment as soon as possible.

What I would like is for the Premier League or the judges to make a decision as quickly as possible. Maybe we did something wrong and everybody will know, or maybe what happens is that we are the way we think we are and what we have done over the last few years has been the right thing to do, then people will stop thinking that way about us. I would love it to happen tomorrow,'' Pep said.

Klopp's future

On the other hand, Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has said in several interviews that his intention is not to leave the team until the end of his contract in 2026, this has generated surprises since according to rumours, Real Madrid have him among their options to replace Carlo Ancelotti who will not continue in the team for the next season.
