Ahead of the game against Fulham, Liverpool and especially manager Jurgen Klopp were dealt a blow as it was confirmed that Thiago Alcantara is suffering a new injury and will have to undergo surgery to correct a hip problem. This makes 60 days of the season that he has missed due to injury problems.

Alexis Mac Allister will be one of the biggest moves of the summer transfer window. The Argentinian, who is having a great year, both for his club, being a key part of Brighton's revolution, as well as the already famous world champion title he has won with the Argentina national team, has stood out as one of the best in the world in his position and that is why the market revolves around him.

Several of the world's top teams are keen on his signature and all indications are that his future lies in the Premier League. In 90min we have already told you that the favourites to sign him are Liverpool and Manchester United, however, the battle is no longer limited to the two biggest winners in England, who are competing with a price tag of around 70-80 million euros. Now in Alexis' way are other teams with intentions of signing the World Cup winner.

How likely is it that Mac Allister will be signed?

The English report that Chelsea, Arsenal and Newcastle United will also put their bids on the table for the player and as far as negotiations with the English port side are concerned, all three clubs are willing to pay the same figure as United and Liverpool. As of today, Alexis has five options to define his future and it is expected that it will not be until the end of the season when the player will decide on a project completely.
