While Trent wore the number 10 for England, the historic number he would wear for Liverpool

The '10' is always a coveted and responsible jersey. In the case of the 'Three Lions', Geoff Hurst, Trevor Francis, Gary Lineker, Teddy Sheringham, Sterling, Mount, Rooney, Owen, Gerrard or Jude Bellingham wore it before Trent Alexander-Arnold. But now the (former) Liverpool full-back wore it for the first time. And he lived up to it.

The new number

While in England it looks like he will stick with the number 10 train Alexander Arnold could change his number at Liverpool and while there he will no longer be able to wear the number 10 as it will be worn by Argentinian backup Alexis Mallister, he could choose a historic number such as the eight worn for many years by legend Steven Gerrard.
