Borussia Dortmund, aware of the value of Donyell Malen, are looking to get a return on their investment in the player and according to the latest reports have set an asking price for the Netherlands striker of around 40 million euros, a figure that the Anfield side, still managed by Jurgen Klopp, would have no problem paying to strengthen their forward line for next season.

The Anfield side believe Malen, who has scored 10 goals so far this season, could be an interesting addition to their attack for the 2024/2025 season, with the ball now in Liverpool's court as they look to either put the fee on the table or seek a transfer deal with a reduced asking price.
