Enzo Fernandez's great World Cup performance has put him on the radar of several big European clubs. The Argentinian is of interest to many teams, but Liverpool and Real Madrid, as with Jude Bellingham, are the two sides most interested in the Benfica player, but, as with the Borussia Dortmund midfielder, whoever wants him will have to pay a high price for him and in Portugal they have already revealed what that price is.

According to the Portuguese media O Jogo, Benfica have valued Enzo Fernández at 103 million pounds, or 118 million euros, thus surpassing the price that Borussia Dortmund had set for Jude Bellingham weeks ago and which we reported in Don Balon, 110 million euros.

A figure that has increased as the World Cup in Qatar has gone by. Enzo Fernández started as a substitute in Scaloni's team in the first match against Saudi Arabia, in fact, he did not manage to make a place in the starting eleven of the Albiceleste until the third match of the group stage against Poland, thanks to his goal scored against Mexico in the previous match. Since then, the Benfica midfielder has become a permanent fixture for the Argentine coach and looks set to start tomorrow alongside Rodrigo de Paul, Mac Allister and Paredes in midfield.

118 million euros is currently being asked for by Benfica. An amount that will surely increase if Enzo Fernandez scores or assists in the final against France. It is not even six months since the former River Plate player signed for the Portuguese side for a fee of 10 million euros. His value has increased by 10 in just half a season playing in Europe and at the World Cup in Qatar.

Benfica are asking for 118 million

Both Bellingham and Enzo Fernandez's price is currently sky high. Both clubs are hoping that in the second half of the season their prices will go down a little, although they also run the risk of them going up, especially the Argentinian, who is still alive in the Champions League with Benfica and will face Brugge in the last 16. Carlo Ancelotti and Jürgen Klopp are keen on both players, but the high asking price for their clubs could put more than one team off.
